The courteousness of the staff, the impeccable quality of the building and units as well as the amenities is parallel to none. To put in a maintenance order and have it filled within 45 minutes is unfathomable. This is hands down the best living decision I’ve ever made and my home for years to come

The office staff somehow know who you are from day one. I have felt a real connection the moment I moved in. They often make parties for holidays no reason to throw a wine party and many more social events
The maintenance staff are wonderful. I was seen within a day on 2 occassions

They usually come by next day when you report a problem and try to solve the issue
We are one big family here. We are friendly. We have grand parties once a month. A gym a water Zumba class 2x per week. And we also have water aerobics 1xaweek
Plus there are food trucks coming
We always have a meet n greet every Monday
This is a fun place to live and lots to do
